Welcome to Los Colores de Mérida Bed and Breakfast. We aim to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for all our guests. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying with us. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations and Payments

​

• A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. We will send you a confirmation email once the booking is complete.

• A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. The amount will be charged to your credit card.

• The balance of your stay (will be charged 14 days before your arrival date)

• All rates are per room (single or double occupancy), per night, and include breakfast. Rates are subject to change without prior notice but are guaranteed once a reservation is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

​

• If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

• If you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be non-refundable. At this point, the balance has been charged, and no refunds will be issued.

• Failure to arrive on the day of the reservation without prior notice will result in the full stay being charged. 

• No refunds will be given for early departures.

3. Check-in and Check-out

​

• Check-in Time: 3:00 pm

• Check-out Time: 11:00 am
  Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you need to make arrangements.

4. House Rules

​

• Smoking: Los Colores de Mérida is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of 4,000 pesos will be charged for smoking inside the rooms. You will be asked to vacate should you be caught smoking inside.

• Pets: We do not allow pets in the guest rooms or on the property.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am to ensure the comfort of all guests.

• Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room is 2 persons. Extra guests must be declared and will incur additional charges.

5. Liability

​

• Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to our property caused by themselves, or their guests during their stay. Costs for damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

• Personal Belongings: Los Colores de Mérida is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Please secure your valuables and lock your rooms when leaving.

• Injury: We are not liable for any injuries sustained by guests or visitors on our property.

6. Use of Facilities

​

• Pool/Outdoor Area: The pool and outdoor areas are available for use by registered guests only. Guests swim at their own risk.

• Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am. Special dietary needs must be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Privacy Policy

​

Your personal information will be used solely to process your reservation and will not be shared with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Force Majeure

​

Los Colores de Mérida is not responsible for any cancellations, modifications, or losses resulting from acts of nature, strikes, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of Merida, Yucatan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in Merida, Yucatan.

10. Acceptance of Terms

​

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
